About Future Divers

Our Mission

Future Divers of America Inc is a 501(c)(3), we are dedicated to offering professional dive training to our active military and veterans. Our mission is to provide you the necessary training and certifications to become a certified scuba diving instructor allowing you the opportunity for self employment or employment within the scuba diving industry.

Future Divers of America offers professional dive training and equipment to our active military and veterans which leads to employment opportunities.

No. The cost of the course is dependent upon your current level of training. We are in process of applying to be a certifying agency so that you can use your GI Bill or VR&E benefits to pay for the program.

Contact us to sign up. At that time we can discuss how to pay for the course and course requirements.

Once we receive all required documents we can start your training with our next course. We usually conduct one to two course per month.

Depending on your level of training you will take Open Water Scuba Diver, Advanced Scuba Diver, Rescue Diver, Master Scuba Diver, Dive Master, Assistant Dive Instructor, Instructor and DAN First Aid Instructor courses. This will give you everything you need to become employed or self employ as a scuba diving instructor.

No, we are not a job placement agency. However, part of our training program involves internship where you will learn the ins and outs of running a dive shop. We will also show you where to find the employment opportunities around the world.
